"100 Days of Real Food"
"Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good..." (Psalm 34:8) I just started reading this amazing book called, "100 Days of Real Food," written by Lisa Leake. The first half is a kind of reference that gives you information and tips about real food. The second half is a collection of recipes she has made. In a summary, real food is food that is whole, not been highly processed, and food the way God made it. Real food is not from a package. Real food improves your health and also boosts your energy.
